Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Director-level Change Enablement Process Owner in Chicago, IL to transform Change Enablement from gatekeeping to a modern, AI-enabled enterprise practice. You will define policy, design processes, and ensure enterprise-wide compliance across in-house teams and MSP partners.

The role requires 10+ years in ITSM, ITIL 4 expertise, and a hands-on track record implementing AI-driven change governance, with strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• ITSM leadership experience in large enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to apply ITIL 4 to policy and governance.
• Experience with AI governance in ITSM contexts.
• Experience managing multi-vendor MSP relationships.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise Change Enablement policy and standards.
• Enforce compliance across in-house teams and MSP partners.
• Lead audits, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Align Change Enablement with Problem, Release and CMDB.
• Communicate governance updates to executives and steering committees.
