Job summary

Lincoln Financial is seeking a VP-level leader to drive Enterprise IT Data Strategy, Platforms & AI Enablement. The role will guide the enterprise data technology foundation, enabling centralized governance while empowering decentralized data teams across units.

You will partner with the CAIDO to align data standards and AI enablement with business priorities. In this hybrid role, you will own platform lifecycles, drive engineering enablement, and coach technology teams to deliver scalable,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
12 years of progressive leadership experience in data architecture, governance, platforms, or operations.
Proven success defining and executing data technology strategies at enterprise scale.
Strong expertise in data integration, data platforms, data operations, and governance framework.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the enterprise technology data strategy in alignment with IT architecture and business goals.
Partner with business unit IT leaders to ensure flexibility while maintaining enterprise consistency.
Evaluate emerging tools and set integration patterns to expand enterprise capabilities.
Report progress and strategic outcomes to executive leadership.
Establish architectural patterns, integration standards, and reusable blueprints for data platforms and pipelines.
