Job summary

IREN seeks a Senior Program Manager, Supply Chain Systems to modernize the global supply chain tools portfolio. Will lead foundations like ERP, PLM, and Procure-to-Pay, coordinating across Technical Sourcing, Planning, Hardware Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and more to capture requirements and drive scalable processes.

Experience with enterprise systems, multi-site international programs, and strong change management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, information systems, engineering, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in progressive supply chain and program management role, ideally at hyperscaler/cloud/AI infra.
• Hands-on program management for broad-scale systems implementation across international programs.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and experience with ERP/MRP, CLM, PLM, QMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional implementations from requirements to go-live and post go-live support.
• Manage program scope, schedule and budget; influence cross-functional teams.
• Translate business requirements into system capabilities, configurations, and designs.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and develop user stories.
• Coordinate test plans and SIT/UAT; manage bug resolution.
• Own adoption and sustainment of tools with success metrics.
• Document-to-be processes and coordinate user training.
• Communicate program status to stakeholders and executive leadership.
