Job summary

IREN US Operations, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager, Supply Chain Systems to modernize global supply chain platforms such as ERP, PLM, and Procure to Pay.

You will report to the Director, Supply Chain Systems and AI Enablement, and collaborate with Sourcing, Planning, Hardware, Finance, IT to gather requirements and implement tools. This role requires 8+ years in supply chain program management, experience with SAP S/4Hana or Oracle Cloud Fusion, and strong change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in SCM/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in supply chain and program management roles.
• Experience with large-scale systems implementations across multi-site programs.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP, CLM, PLM, QMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional tool implementations from requirements to go-live.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget across global programs.
• Translate business needs into system capabilities and configurations.
• Coordinate testing, data migration, and user training.
• Regularly communicate program status to executives.
