Qualifications

• Proven track record using AI coding assistants to accelerate development cycles.
• Experience designing and deploying agentic systems in production.
• Drives adoption of AI-augmented engineering culture with evolving tooling.
• Experience leading multi-organization adoption of agentic AI operating models.
• Deep understanding of responsible AI risk, controls, and resiliency.
• Expertise in system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience with cloud technologies and modern patterns like microservices.
• Experience building and mentoring technology teams.
• Experience implementing cybersecurity and technology controls.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical strategy and delivery of a new digital insurance platform with AI-native capabilities.
• Direct and manage all aspects of technology delivery across departments.
• Lead multiple technology implementations to meet firm-wide objectives.
• Directly manage multiple areas with strategic transactional focus.
• Set and scale multi-department strategy for AI-enabled engineering and SDLC automation.
• Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge to drive cross-domain reuse and capacity unlocks.
• Act as the primary interface with senior leaders and executives.
• Manage stakeholders, complex projects, and large cross-product collaborations.
• Influence peer leaders and senior stakeholders across business, product, and tech.
