Tombras seeks an Associate Director, SEO & AI Visibility to shape the next era of search for national brands. This senior role blends traditional SEO leadership with AI-enabled workflows and emerging discovery platforms.

You will lead enterprise strategies, mentor a team, and partner with Content, UX, Analytics, and Paid Search to elevate visibility across Google, AI outputs, and platform-native environments. This is a senior, strategic role within Tombras' Integrated Search team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SEO experience, with enterprise scope.
• Deep expertise in technical, content, and local SEO.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven discovery and visibility dynamics.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise SEO and AI visibility strategy for multi-location brands.
• Architect modern organic discovery strategies across Google, AI outputs, and other platforms.
• Develop AI-enabled content workflows and measurement frameworks.
• Mentor and guide SEO practitioners across the team.
