You will build scalable measurement frameworks, drive data-driven business strategies, lead rigorous experimentation, and mentor a high-performing team of business and data analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 4 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• At least 4 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
• Coach and mentor analysts and associates to develop talent at Capital One.
• Manage and sequence delivery of business requirements and execute against the product strategy.
