Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Director, Product Strategy and Analysis to advance the Consumer and Developer Experience (CDX). This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on product development, partnering with product and engineering to translate visions into scalable digital experiences across consumer and developer platforms.

You will lead a talented team, drive data-driven decisions, and foster a customer-centric product culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• 5+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define business strategies for CDX areas.
• Apply a consulting-style approach to strategic questions.
• Lead priority CDX initiatives, e.g. AI transformation.
• Provide analytics and landscape assessments for intelligence unit.
• Set long-term product innovation vision with engineering.
• Lead and develop a team of strategy and product leaders.
