Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 4 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• At least 4 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services and 1+ year of consulting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CDX leaders to define the business strategies for their respective areas.
• Tackle thorny strategic questions throughout the business, using a consulting-style model.
• Lead priority strategic initiatives for CDX, such as AI transformation.
• Support the organization’s intelligence unit, providing analytics, landscape assessments, thematic deep dives, and more to help the organization see around corners.
• Set the vision for long-term product innovation, including partnering with engineering to deliver product prototypes.
• Lead a fantastic team of strategy and product people leaders and ICs, investing heavily in their development and creating a pipeline of talent for the organization.
• Obsess about internal and external customer satisfaction by establishing trusted, close touch relationships with key stakeholders throughout the company.
• Cultivate a dynamic, customer centric and mission oriented Product culture, fostering collaboration, developing talent.
• Role model AI adoption by inventing and spreading solutions that improve work efficiency, quality, and fun.
