Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Business Director, Product Strategy and Analysis to guide strategic priorities for the CDX leadership team. This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on product development, partnering with product and engineering to translate vision into scalable digital experiences.

You will lead a team of strategy and product professionals, drive AI initiatives, and build trusted relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
At least 4 years of quantitative analysis experience.
At least 4 years of qualitative analysis experience.
At least 2 years of people management experience.
At least 2 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with CDX leaders to define business strategies across areas.
Lead priority strategic initiatives for CDX, including AI transformation.
Support the organization’s intelligence unit with analytics, landscape assessments, and deep dives.
Set the vision for long-term product innovation with engineering collaboration.
Lead a team of strategy and product leaders and invest in their development.
Cultivate a customer-centric product culture and strong stakeholder relationships.
Model AI adoption by spreading solutions that improve efficiency and quality.
