Job summary

Wolters Kluwer seeks a senior product leader to advance AI-enabled product development across a global software portfolio. You will partner with senior leaders to define strategy, lead lighthouse initiatives, and embed with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

You will coach product leaders, drive operating-model changes and shape enterprise-wide practices for AI-driven discovery, delivery and launch. This is a remote-friendly role requiring travel around 35%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Product Management or Product Leadership in B2B software/SaaS/tech.
• Ownership of strategy/outcomes for a substantial product, platform or portfolio.
• Experience leading cross-functional product, engineering and design teams to customer/business outcomes.
• Strong product craft across discovery, strategy, prioritization, roadmaps, launch and measurement.
• Recent hands-on AI-enabled or agentic product experience.
• Ability to diagnose, build trust and translate insight into action.
• Influence on product direction and operating models beyond a single team.
• Excellent analytical, communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact opportunities with senior leaders and link decisions to outcomes.
• Define, pilot and scale Agentic PDLC and AI-enabled product development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across strategy, discovery, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers and translate insights into changes.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, governance and metrics.
• Turn best practices into repeatable tools and standards for enterprise adoption.
• Establish success measures and use evidence to guide broader rollout.
