Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a senior Product Leader to advance AI-enabled product development across a global portfolio. You will partner with product, engineering and design leaders to scale the Agentic PDLC and deliver customer value.

Based remotely with travel ~35%, you will coach teams, shape strategy from discovery to measurement, and ensure governance and metrics drive meaningful outcomes for enterprise customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Product Management and/or Product Leadership in B2B software or SaaS.
• Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product, platform or portfolio.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional product, engineering and design teams.
• Experience building AI-enabled or agentic products and transforming workflows with AI.
• Strong ability to diagnose, influence and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and tie decisions to outcomes.
• Define, pilot and scale Agentic PDLC and AI-enabled product development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse engagements across strategy, discovery, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers and translate insights into change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, governance and metrics.
• Turn repeatable practices into tools and standards for enterprise adoption.
• Establish success measures and use evidence to guide rollout.
