Job summary

Wolters Kluwer seeks an accomplished product leader to drive AI-enabled product development across a global software portfolio. You will embed with business units on high-priority initiatives, shaping strategy, discovery, delivery and measurement with senior leaders.

You will coach product teams, evolve operating models, and institutionalize repeatable playbooks and governance to scale impact enterprise-wide.

Qualifications

8+ years in product management or leadership within B2B software/ SaaS.
Ownership of strategy and outcomes for substantial product portfolios.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to customer outcomes.
Hands-on AI-enabled product development or transformation experience.
Ability to diagnose issues, influence without authority and simplify complexity.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and tie decisions to outcomes.
Define pilot and scale AI-enabled product development capabilities.
Lead lighthouse engagements across strategy, discovery, delivery and measurement.
Embed with teams to diagnose barriers and translate insights into change.
Coach leaders and improve operating models, governance and metrics.
Turn practices into repeatable tools and standards for enterprise adoption.
Establish success measures and demonstrate impact to guide rollout.
