Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years software engineering with progressive leadership.
• 5+ years leading engineering managers and multiple software teams.
• Cloud-native software on Azure/AWS/GC.
• Strong architecture, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, Agile.
• Experience leading AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, AI governance.
• Experience using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Customer-centric product development in a matrixed enterprise.
• Proven ability to scale engineering organizations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap for Firm Intelligence products and platforms.
• Lead multiple engineering teams and managers with alignment to product strategy.
• Drive transformation with modern engineering, cloud, automation, and AI capabilities.
• Establish standards, frameworks, and best practices for quality and speed.
