Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Director, Product Software Engineering - AI to shape strategy and delivery of AI-powered software platforms. You will lead multiple engineering teams, partner with Product, Architecture, and business leaders, and drive cloud-native, scalable solutions that create measurable value for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering with progressive leadership responsibility.
• 5+ years leading multiple software teams and engineering managers.
• Experience delivering cloud-native software on major cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering vision and roadmap for AI-enabled products.
• Lead multiple engineering teams; align with product strategy and business goals.
• Drive cloud, automation, and AI capabilities to improve quality, speed, and scalability.
