Wealth.com in New York City is seeking a transformative Head of People to design and run an AI-native People function from day one. You’ll own onboarding, feedback cycles, compensation, leveling, and the data you need to see the company clearly, partnering with the Chief People Officer.

You’ll build scalable programs, runbooks, and dashboards, then hand them off for autonomous operation. This role combines strategy, product-like execution, and people leadership.

Qualifications

• You’ve built something real from scratch and can explain what worked and what you’d change.
• You think like a builder and plan next versions as soon as something ships.
• You’re comfortable operating what you build because early on there may be no handoff.
• You bring structure and calm to a fast, creative place and can engage senior, technical leaders.
• You’ve shipped a dashboard, an automation, or an internal tool that a team actually uses.
• You’ll build compensation and leveling with market data and own the judgments.

Responsibilities

• Build the systems for onboarding, feedback, compensation, leveling, and data visibility.
• Scope programs like a product: identify need, ship version, measure, improve.
• Build and run programs in their first cycle to experience real-world outcomes.
• Hand programs to the People Operations & Employee Relations Director and move to the next project.
• Own the design so changes return to you after execution.
• Ensure programs aren’t finished at launch—create runbooks and failure modes for others to execute.
