Seeking.com, STNDRDS, and Standards.com seek a mid‑career People leader to design and operationalize our People systems across a combined organization. You will shape org design, workforce planning, and health visibility, prioritizing leverage over headcount.

You will own compensation architecture, profit share, onboarding, and a remote‑plus‑Vegas operating model, while ensuring executive alignment with the founder and CEO.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive People or HR leadership.
• 3+ years at Director or Head-of-People level.
• Experience building People systems from scratch.
• Strong analytical capability and executive presence.
• Active AI proficiency and view on AI-native work.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute People agenda for Seeking, STNDRDS, and Standards.
• Own org design, workforce planning, and visibility into org health.
• Redesign hiring bars and onboarding to emphasize leverage.
• Own compensation model including profit share and vesting.
• Lead a distributed remote-plus-Vegas operating model.
