Job summary

Wealth.com is seeking a leader to build its People function and make it AI native from day one. You will own onboarding, feedback and performance cycles, compensation and leveling, and the data that leadership uses to steer the company as it scales.

You’ll partner closely with the Chief People Officer to shape a fast, creative place, setting standards for automation, internal tools, and data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling People functions from scratch.
• Ability to design and implement onboarding, feedback, and compensation frameworks.
• Strong data mindset with dashboards and reporting for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and own onboarding, feedback and performance cycles, compensation and leveling, and data dashboards.
• Scope programs like a product: identify need, ship version, measure, improve.
• Run new programs through first full cycle and hand off to the team.
• Own the design so changes return to you via runbooks and failure modes.
• Ensure programs run without ongoing manual intervention.
• Set the standard for AI-enabled processes and internal tooling.
• Create dashboards showing leaders who thrive, risk, or gaps.
• Build onboarding so new hires are productive by week two.
• Develop comp bands and job family matrices aligned to the company.
