Job summary
ArmorCode Inc. seeks an accomplished Director, Customer Success to own the end-to-end customer journey for enterprise customers. Lead a global CS organization, set strategy and playbooks, and leverage AI-driven insights to accelerate adoption, retention, and expansion.
Engage with C-suite executives to build strategic partnerships and drive ARR growth. You will shape onboarding, training, and product adoption programs, create scalable processes, and partner across Product, Engineering, and Sales
Qualifications
- 15+ years in Enterprise Customer Success
- 10+ years in a SaaS environment
- Proven CS leadership in technology/cybersecurity
- Experience scaling CS in $25M–$100M ARR
- ACVs >$100K and GRR/NRR success
- Experience with AI approaches in CS
Responsibilities
- Own global CS strategy and operations across locations
- Define SLAs and ensure performance benchmarks
- Drive onboarding, training, and adoption programs
- Lead customer retention, expansion, and advocacy initiatives
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
- Coach and develop a high-performing, AI-enabled CS team
