This role leads customer success across geographies, shaping strategy, programs, and outcomes for enterprise accounts. We seek a senior leader with 15+ years in enterprise CS, 10+ in SaaS, and a proven track record of scaling CS for high ARR

• 15+ years in enterprise CS; 10+ years in SaaS and leadership.
• Experience scaling CS for $25M–$100M ARR enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer journey and drive GRR, NRR, and expansion.
