Job summary
ArmorCode Inc. is seeking a Director of Customer Success to own the end-to-end journey for enterprise customers, from onboarding through renewal, across US and India.
You will set strategy, playbooks, and operating rigor to turn customers into long-term partners, leveraging automation and AI-driven insights to accelerate adoption and uncover expansion opportunities. Qualifications
- 15+ years in Enterprise Customer Success, including SaaS.
- Experience leading CS in tech or cybersecurity with large enterprise accounts.
- Experience scaling CS in $25M–$100M ARR.
- Proven GRR/NRR growth with high ACVs.
- Experience implementing AI tooling in CS.
- Strong executive presence with Fortune 1000 engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own global CS strategy and operations across regions.
- Define SLAs and ensure performance against benchmarks.
- Implement scalable support models including AI-driven workflows.
- Develop onboarding and adoption programs.
- Drive product adoption and value realization with analytics dashboards.
- Lead enterprise CS team across US and India and engage executives.
