• 15+ years in enterprise CS; 10+ years in SaaS and leadership.
• Experience scaling CS for $25M–$100M ARR enterprise accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full customer journey and drive GRR, NRR, and expansion.
• Lead a global CS team with AI-first playbooks and operational rigor.
