Job summary
ArmorCode Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to onboard new customers and ensure successful adoption of the ArmorCode SaaS platform.
You will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to translate customer needs into actionable implementations, and build AI-assisted workflows to accelerate onboarding and integrations. You will lead strategic customer engagement, oversee technical deployments, and drive product adoption with data-driven insights, while maintaining exceptional
Qualifications
- 7+ years in a technical customer-facing role, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Experience with SaaS, security software, and post-sales engagements.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and API-driven automation.
- Experience using LLMs or AI tools in technical work.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams with clear outcomes.
- Oversee and support technical implementation tasks for new customers.
- Build and maintain scripts and automations for onboarding and integration.
- Use AI tools to speed up implementation planning and configuration scripts.
- Drive product adoption with data-driven insights and risk management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align product roadmaps with customer needs.
