Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ seeks a Director, Contracting Systems, Governance and Operations to architect and run the enterprise contracting ecosystem.

You own strategy, governance, AI-enabled contracting, templates, data products, and cross-functional partnerships with Law, Procurement, IT, Finance, and Compliance.

This role leads a transformation from design to delivery, ensuring speed, risk management, and scalable operations across the contract lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or other advanced degree preferred, or equivalent experience in contracting, legal operations, or procurement operations.
• Extensive leadership experience (10+ years) in contracting, legal operations, or procurement operations with 5+ years leading teams or large cross-functional programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build teams, drive enterprise transformation, and design end-to-end contracting processes.
• Knowledge of contract templates, playbooks, and risk-tiered review models; experience in regulated industries is valued.
• Excellent business judgment and communication skills to influence across Law, Procurement, Technology, and business units.

Responsabilidades

• Own the enterprise contracting transformation roadmap with standardization and digital enablement across the lifecycle.
• Serve as process owner for the contracting lifecycle, defining workflows, routing, SLAs, and risk criteria.
• Build and lead the enterprise contracting transformation program team and operating cadence.
• Onboard functional delivery owners and attorney towers to the new model, retire legacy intake channels.
• Lead change management, training, and adoption across Law, Procurement, and third-party contractors.
