Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director of Procurement Excellence to lead the design and rollout of an AI-native Change Management Center of Excellence. You will develop change strategies, prioritize initiatives by risk and impact, and drive adoption across global procurement teams.

Partner with senior leaders to define procurement strategy, build governance and reporting, and translate innovative ideas into business value through special projects, leveraging AI tools such as Claude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, or related field.
• 10+ years in change management, transformation, or strategic communication.
• 5+ years in leadership roles with governance and PMO experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-native Change Management Center of Excellence.
• Develop change strategies and prioritize initiatives based on risk and impact.
• Oversee governance, reporting practices, and KPI/risk management across portfolios.
• Partner with senior leadership to define procurement strategy and build global team capabilities with AI tools.
• Translate innovative ideas into tangible business value through special projects.
