Ladders is seeking a Director of Consumer Growth - AI-Native (Remote) to lead growth strategies in healthcare. You will own paid and organic growth, design AI-enabled workflows, and build scalable systems with product and engineering partners for rapid experimentation and high-volume creative output.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution in a fast-paced, AI‑driven environment, focusing on media efficiency and rapid iteration to drive meaningful business results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in growth or performance marketing.
• 5+ years in paid social and search management.
• Proven track record managing multi‑million‑dollar media budgets against CAC and payback targets.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents or automation in campaign management and creative production.
• Experience in organic channels like SEO, content, or organic social alongside paid.
• Strong understanding of growth economics, including incrementality testing and post-iOS attribution.
• Experience leading small teams and managing agency relationships.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Consumer Growth - AI-Native (ATX Preffered) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader in healthcare is looking for a growth marketer who can combine rigorous performance marketing with emerging AI-enabled workflows to accelerate consumer acquisition. In this role, you will own paid and organic growth strategy, build scalable campaign systems, and partner closely with product and engineering to test new ideas quickly. The position calls for both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with an emphasis on media efficiency, experimentation, and high-volume creative development. You will help shape a modern growth function that blends automation, data-driven decision-making, and fast iteration to drive meaningful business outcomes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 annually
