Job summary
Pagaya is seeking a highly strategic, commercially minded leader to orchestrate the growth of our Commercial organization in NYC. You will work with Sales & Partner executives to translate AI capabilities into scalable commercial strategies and drive partnerships, product alignment, and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience spanning Commercial Strategy, Sales/Partnerships operations, or strategic roles within financial services, fintech, or payments.
- Deep background in commercializing technical/AI products, revenue operations, or complex partnerships.
- Proven experience operating effectively in a highly matrixed, high-growth technology organization, and successfully leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Prior experience acting as a trusted partner or advisor to senior executives (CCO, CRO, CEO, etc.).
- Domain expertise in Fintech/Lending, Consumer Banking/Payments, B2B Enterprise Sales, or Financial Infrastructure is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & AI Commercialization: translate the overarching vision into actionable sales, partnership, and operating plans.
- Orchestration & Cross-Functional Alignment: partner with Product, Finance, Operations, Risk, and Strategy to unblock sales cycles.
- Operational Excellence & Commercial Execution: oversee revenue operations, reporting frameworks, and KPI management.
