Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director, Agentic Commercial Orchestration Architect in Princeton/NJ to own end‑to‑end orchestration across channels and decisioning. You’ll shape technical direction with partners, ensure scalability, compliance, and operability by BMS, and drive an enterprise capability beyond a single implementation.

You will define agents, decisioning rules, and channel‑execution services, ensuring explainable, reproducible outcomes and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing production‑grade next‑best‑action or omnichannel platforms.
• Strong understanding of multi‑agent architecture and orchestration patterns.
• Hands‑on with agent frameworks (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain).

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end orchestration architecture and cross‑channel optimization.
• Define interfaces between insight generation, decisioning, and execution.
• Ensure explainable, compliant, and auditable decisioning and outcomes.
