Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering production-grade next-best-action or omnichannel orchestration platforms.
• Strong understanding of multi-agent architecture and orchestration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and integration patterns.
• Experience defining secure enterprise integrations and OAuth-based access.
• Experience establishing LLMOps and MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture of the agentic orchestration capability including cross-channel optimization and journey generation.
