Audit Data Search, Inc. seeks a Senior Director to lead Internal Audit at the intersection of AI, Data Science, and enterprise risk management. You will shape strategy, oversee a small, highly technical team, and remain hands-on with coding and model development.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across Audit, Technology, Data Science, Risk, and Compliance to deploy AI-enabled audit capabilities, ensure governance, and deliver measurable improvements across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in Data Science, AI, Analytics, Automation, or Enterprise Technology.
• 5+ years in leadership building and mentoring AI/DS/Analytics teams.
• Experience leading enterprise AI transformations in regulated environments.
• Hands-on coding and AI model development alongside teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead AI strategy, analytics, and automation aligned with Internal Audit priorities.
• Promote AI governance, model risk management, and responsible AI practices.
• Direct and mentor a small, highly technical team across Data Science, AI Engineering, Analytics, and Automation.
• Develop and implement scalable AI/ML, Generative AI, analytics, and automation solutions for Internal Audit.
• Improve risk identification, anomaly detection, continuous monitoring, and internal controls through AI technologies.
• Collaborate with Audit, Technology, Enterprise AI, Data Science, Risk, and Compliance leaders to implement solutions.
• Drive enterprise technology integration and reusable data products.
