Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data analytics professional to address complex client challenges in the Data Science Consulting family. You will perform data analysis, develop analytical solutions, and partner with utility clients and Guidehouse experts to define objectives and actionable recommendations.

You will design, develop, test, and implement data and AI-enabled solutions, translating business needs into scalable workflows, dashboards, and decision-support tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of data analytics or related experience.
Proficiency with Python, SQL, R, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, GIS.
Experience with large datasets and analytics solutions.
Strong communication and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze data and build analytics solutions using Python, SQL, and BI tools.
Collaborate with utility clients and Guidehouse SMEs to define objectives.
Design and implement data and AI-enabled solutions.
Translate needs into scalable workflows and dashboards.
Lead project workstreams and mentor analysts.
Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
