ServiceNow seeks a Director of Product Marketing to own positioning and go-to-market for AI Control Tower, bridging AI, governance, and security. You’ll craft narrative, launches, web presence, and demand programs with product, engineering, and executive teams to drive market impact.

You’ll lead content creation, campaigns, and enablement, translating a fast-evolving product into clear stories for governance and IT leaders while using AI to sharpen the team’s output.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product marketing, with launches, web, content, and digital/demand gen campaigns for B2B tech.
• Real enthusiasm for AI, security, and governance.
• You use AI tools yourself to work smarter and faster.
• Comfort talking technically with product and engineering.
• A track record of handling ambiguity and multiple moving pieces.
• Sharp writing and storytelling instincts.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders with confidence.

Responsabilités

• Own launches end-to-end for AI Control Tower, from planning to execution.
• Drive web and digital presence across servicenow.com and other properties.
• Partner on demand gen and digital campaigns to build real pipeline.
• Create the content engine with briefs, web copy, assets, and sales enablement.
• Translate technical product into clear governance/security stories for leaders.
• Work with VP+ across Product, Engineering and to align launches with market direction.
• Bring AI into daily work to draft, research, ideate, and produce content.
• Help shape the product and company positioning in AI governance and control.
