Qualifications

• 10+ years in lifecycle or retention marketing with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build scalable lifecycle marketing systems.
• Strategic expertise in customer journey design and analytics.
• Deep fluency in AI-assisted marketing and automation tech.
• Experience supporting Product-Led Growth motions and PQL strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy with activation, engagement, and growth KPIs.
• Build and lead a high-performing lifecycle team with managers and specialists.
• Define roadmap and goals aligned to corporate objectives with cross-functional partners.
• Align lifecycle programs with demand gen, product marketing, brand, and CS.
• Lead AI-driven product-led growth and real-time personalization at scale.
• Establish governance for real-time segmentation and experimentation.
• Measure KPIs like activation, engagement, LTV, expansion revenue, and churn.
