ServiceNow seeks a Director of Industry Marketing for Telecommunications to own the narrative and build an AI-first marketing motion that embeds AI agents, automated content workflows, and intelligent signals into daily operations.

You will craft buyer-specific messaging for senior telco executives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and lead initiatives that translate industry insights into pipeline-generating programs. This role anchors Strategy and Execution with AI at its core.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including 3–5+ years focused on the telecommunications industry or a similar vertical-specific marketing role.
• Deep familiarity with the telecommunications industry—talking to network ops leaders with credibility.
• Proven track record building industry or vertical marketing programs that influence pipeline, not just brand impressions.
• Sharp buyer psychology insight: what keeps telco execs up at night, what gets budget approved, and what lands a message.

Responsibilities

• Own the industry narrative for Telecom, linking platform capabilities to real telco problems.
• Build buyer-specific messaging for CIOs, COOs, CNOs, and VPs of Customer Operations.
• Set an AI-first standard across the marketing team and ensure scalable AI-assisted content systems.
• Drive pipeline by partnering with product marketing, Industry GTM, and field marketing.
• Run an AI-embedded content engine for research, drafting, personalization, and distribution.
• Stay ahead of industry signals using AI-powered listening and synthesis tools.
• Represent ServiceNow at industry events, analyst briefings, and customer forums.
