Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Director of Compute Services to own the infrastructure powering internal and external platforms. You will drive the engineering roadmap for compute products and lead high-performing teams building secure, scalable services.

Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Security to deliver reliable compute at scale for AI labs, GPUs, bare metal, Kubernetes, and virtualization, ensuring operational excellence and trusted customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software or infra engineering for production services.
• 5+ years in engineering leadership, managing managers and multi-team orgs.
• Proven track record delivering at scale compute products for cloud/security/large SaaS.
• Experience designing distributed systems with high availability and ownership.
• Strong enterprise security knowledge incl. encryption, auth, audit logging.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the engineering roadmap for CoreWeave compute products.
• Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams including managers and senior ICs.
• Own the availability, reliability, and performance of security product services in production, including SLIs/SLOs, incident management, and on-call practices.
• Partner with Product Management to translate customer requirements into clear technical designs and delivery plans.
• Oversee the architecture and implementation of secure, scalable, auditable systems powering customer/internal workloads.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to support complex enterprise deployments.
• Establish and continuously improve engineering processes, quality bars, and operational best practices for security products.
