Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Director of Compute Services to own the infrastructure that powers internal and external customer platforms. You will drive the engineering roadmap for compute products, lead multi-team organizations, and ensure availability, reliability, and performance of security services in production.

You'll collaborate with Product Management and Sales to translate customer needs into scalable designs, while mentoring diverse teams in a fast-paced, security-conscious

Qualifications

• Over 5 years leading multi-team engineering groups.
• 10+ years in software or infrastructure engineering.
• Track record delivering at scale compute products for cloud or SaaS.
• Experience with distributed systems with high availability.
• Strong security concepts knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the engineering roadmap for CoreWeave compute products.
• Lead and grow engineering teams including managers and senior ICs.
• Own availability, reliability, and performance of security product services.
• Partner with Product Management to translate customer requirements into designs.
• Oversee secure, scalable, auditable systems for workloads.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and Customer Experience for deployments.
