Qualifications

• Three years of work experience in related field.
• Three years of experience motivating/influencing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize and ensure a ready backlog for a cross-functional product team, with acceptance of final output.
• Manage a backlog and run test-and-learn experiments to refine future deliverables.
• Translate business strategies into execution-ready agile work; set goals and communicate strategy to stakeholders.
• Act as voice of the end-user and ensure requirements meet defined acceptance criteria.
• Own team backlog prioritization and trade-off decisions to maximize value.
• Set KPIs to measure value and outcomes of solutions.
• Partner with leaders to determine resources needed to achieve outcomes.
• Share best practices and foster an innovative, inclusive team culture.
