Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize and ensure a ready backlog for a cross-functional product team.
• Manage backlog and run 'test and learn' experiments to shape future deliverables.
• Translate business strategies into execution-ready work for an Agile product team.
• Act as voice of the end-user; gather feedback to clearly define requirements.
• Own team backlog; make trade-off decisions to maximize value.
• Set KPIs to optimize value flow and track progress.
• Inform on business readiness and manage adoption to reduce resistance.
• Facilitate discussions between stakeholders and engineering teams to align on solutions.
• Share best practices across teams to foster alignment and consistency.
