ALSAC, supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, seeks a Director of Technology Delivery & Portfolio Management to shape and drive Agile delivery, PMO, and Sourcing Integration strategy across technology teams.

This leader will align investments with mission priorities, oversee the capital budget, and advance an enterprise Agile culture. The role requires 8+ years leading technology delivery, strong governance, and collaboration with senior stakeholders to optimize complex portfolios and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology delivery, Agile transformation, PMO leadership, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of application development, systems integration, databases, and enterprise technology environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading Agile, Project Management, Portfolio Management, and PMO functions within a complex organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Agile Delivery, PMO, and Sourcing Integration functions.
• Oversee the technology portfolio, including budget, scope, schedule, quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and business value realization.
• Direct coordination and oversight of external technology service providers and vendor management.
• Establish and improve technology delivery methodologies, frameworks, tools, and best practices to drive efficiency and quality.
