Job summary

Eliassen Group in Stamford, CT is seeking a product leader to drive an emerging enterprise agentic AI platform. You will define the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization while translating AI capabilities into business outcomes and guiding initiatives from discovery to adoption.

Collaborate with architects and engineers to design agentic workflows, RAG capabilities, and platform features, balancing experimentation with scalable reuse, and communicating strategy to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Strong background as Technical Product Manager, AI Product Manager, or AI/ML architect.
• Hands-on experience delivering Generative AI or agentic AI products or platforms.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and scalable pipelines.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI product capabilities and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for an emerging enterprise agentic AI platform.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases that improve workflows across business groups.
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to translate AI concepts into business requirements.
• Drive AI initiatives from discovery and POC through productization and enterprise adoption.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on agentic workflows, AI pipelines, and platform capabilities.
• Evaluate architectural and cloud-platform decisions (AWS and GCP).
• Define product requirements around RAG and enterprise-scale retrieval capabilities.
• Develop or contribute to POC pipelines and prototypes as needed.
• Establish success criteria and measurable outcomes for AI use cases.
• Communicate strategy and tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
