Job summary

Dell Technologies seeks a seasoned Principal Systems Development Engineer to serve as Product Owner and Enterprise Architect for AI-enabled engineering applications and platforms. This role drives transformation of engineering systems, processes, and workflows through Agentic AI and cloud-native architectures.

The candidate will define platform vision, roadmap, and architecture while promoting adoption of AI agents, automation, and AI-native operating models across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree is required in a technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems development, platform engineering, product management, enterprise architecture, or related roles.
• Proven experience as Product Owner, Enterprise Architect, or Principal Engineer for enterprise-scale platforms.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Product Owner and Enterprise Architect for Agentic AI enablement products and engineering platforms.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics for AI-powered solutions.
• Lead the transformation to AI-native workflows using intelligent agents and automation.
• Architect governance, security, and lifecycle management for Agentic AI ecosystems.
• Partner with hardware, firmware, software, and systems engineering to prioritize AI transformation opportunities.

Education

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
