Job summary

Robots & Pencils is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI to lead end-to-end product delivery for complex GenAI and agentic AI engagements. This role requires deep AI fluency, hands-on prototyping ability, and strong product judgment for enterprise-scale systems.

You will own the roadmap, define agent behavior, run evals, and guide delivery from discovery through phased rollout, working with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping AI features or products.
• Deep understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering and agentic systems.
• Proven ability to prototype AI and agentic solutions using modern AI tools.
• Experience running evals for AI systems and iterating based on results.
• Experience defining agent behavior including system prompts, tool schemas and human-in-the-loop controls.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product delivery for complex AI and agentic AI engagements, from discovery through Phased rollout and production readiness.
• Define and maintain AI product roadmaps linking agent capabilities to business outcomes.
• Lead discovery activities with user research, stakeholder interviews and hypothesis testing.
• Design and run experiments, including POCs and pilot deployments of multi-step agentic workflows.
• Communicate complex AI tradeoffs and product decisions to technical and non-technical executives.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as a consultative partner throughout engagements.
