Job summary

AECOM Advisory is seeking a Director to expand our global Advisory business in the US West region. You will lead business development, oversee delivery, and mentor a team of consultants across multiple workstreams.

You will work with senior clients and executive teams to shape strategies, improve performance, and deliver polished insights that meet client expectations and firm standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred) with at least 10 years of management consulting and/or related industry experience.
MBA or other Master’s degree in Operational Research, Management, Management Science, Finance, Economics, Systems Engineering and/or related fields is preferred.
Fluency with Microsoft Excel and strong technical skills with ArcGIS, R and Python.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to engage C-suite and senior management.

Responsibilities

Drive business development opportunities and originate campaigns in the US West region.
Oversee engagement delivery and practice development for multiple projects.
Lead and coach delivery teams of consultants and senior consultants.
Manage client interactions with C-suite and senior stakeholders to align on scope and outcomes.
Ensure quality assurance, risk review and adherence to firm standards.
