AECOM Advisory seeks a dynamic Director to expand our growing global Advisory business line in the US West Region. You will drive business development, oversee delivery, and mentor a team of consultants across multiple workstreams, engaging with C-suite clients to shape strategic insights and value creation.

You will lead complex proposals, manage delivery quality, and ensure financial performance while advancing practice development and IP generation in infrastructure advisory.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree; 10+ years of management consulting and/or related industry experience.
• MBA, or other Master’s in Operational Research, Management, Management Science, Finance, Economics, Systems Engineering and/or related fields.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• ArcGIS and other spatial analysis tools
• Quantitative/statistical programs such as R or Python
• Evaluation of financial cashflows, particularly public finance, via Excel.

• Drive business development and oversee engagement delivery.
• Coordinate proposal responses as Capture Manager with cross-team collaboration.
• Lead multiple delivery teams of 5–8 consultants.
• Lead client interactions with C-suite and senior management stakeholders.
