AECOM Advisory in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Director to expand our Advisory practice in US West. Hybrid work model with heavy focus on business development, engagement delivery, and practice development across capital projects and infrastructure finance.

You will lead proposals, manage client relationships up to C-suite, coordinate multiple delivery teams, and ensure financial performance while mentoring junior staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in a STEM discipline) and at least 10 years of management consulting and/or related industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business development and originate campaigns in industry networks.
• Oversee engagement delivery and coordinate multiple delivery teams (5–8 consultants).
• Lead client interactions with C-suite and senior management.
• Ensure quality, scope, and deliverables meet client expectations and firm standards.
• Manage project financial performance and practice area metrics.
• Mentor junior staff and develop team capabilities.
