AECOM Corporation is seeking a Director in Advisory to expand our US West presence in project finance and infrastructure advisory. You will lead business development, oversee delivery, and mentor teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

You will drive strategic engagements with C-suite clients, shape proposals, and ensure high-quality outcomes while working in a hybrid model across Los Angeles and surrounding markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in a STEM discipline) and at least 10 years of management consulting and/or related industry experience.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with ArcGIS, Python or R for quantitative analysis and financial cashflow evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business development, oversee engagement delivery and support practice development.
• Manage proposal responses as Capture Manager, coordinating technical solutions and pricing.
• Lead multiple delivery teams across workstreams and ensure client satisfaction and quality.
• Coach and mentor junior staff to develop consulting skills.
