AECOM Advisory is seeking a Director or Associate Director to expand our global Advisory practice in the US West. You will lead business development, oversee delivery, and mentor teams across multiple workstreams, ensuring client satisfaction and rigorous quality.

Candidates typically bring 12+ years in management consulting or equivalent, MBA preferred, and deep expertise in corporate strategy, capital projects, and transformation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 10+ years management consulting or related field.
• Experience leading delivery and business development initiatives.
• Strong ability to engage with C-suite and senior executives.
• MBA preferred and deep industry experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development campaigns and originate opportunities.
• Oversee engagement delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage all aspects of proposal responses as Capture Manager.
• Lead delivery teams of 5–8 consultants across multiple workstreams.
• Lead client interactions on delivery progress with senior stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor junior staff to develop core consulting skills.
• Design analytical workstreams and provide guidance to engagement teams.
• Ensure quality assurance over scope, analyses and insights.
• Oversee narrative formulation and deliverable production for clients.
• Monitor project financial performance and practice area improvements.
