Job summary

FOX, within the AdRise group for Tubi and the Fox portfolio, seeks a Director of Engineering to lead the Rainmaker Ad Server domain responsible for core systems that decide, deliver, and govern advertising across streaming. You will own a multi-quarter portfolio, partner with Product, Data Science, ML, and platform partners to evolve ad serving capabilities, ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.

You will mentor managers and shape an organization that scales with the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rainmaker Ad Server engineering team with clear technical direction and execution standards.
• Own the engineering strategy and roadmap for ad serving capabilities, balancing near-term commitments with long-term platform health.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, ML, and adjacent teams to translate business goals into durable technical investments.
• Drive the architecture and evolution of distributed systems powering ad decisioning and serving at scale.
• Build and develop a high-performing engineering organization by coaching managers and senior engineers.
• Establish a high bar for engineering excellence through design reviews and operational rigor.
