Job summary

Duke Health is seeking a Director of Advanced Practice for Behavioral Health to lead APP strategy and practice across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. The role partners with executive leadership to advance APP presence, improve access and quality, and drive workforce optimization within DHIP and DUHS.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of leadership in advanced clinical practice, NP/PA credentials with master’s degrees, and a strong track record in policy compliance and performance

Responsibilities
