St. Ann Center in Milwaukee seeks a Director of Adult Day Care to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Adult Day Care programs, including Respite and related services. You will drive quality client care, regulatory compliance, staffing, and program performance.

This hands-on, people-centered leader will partner with the COO to strengthen programs, ensure a positive care environment, support families, and promote the well-being of participants across ages.

Qualifications

• License or degree in human services or related field required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to respond to participant needs and manage day-to-day operations.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and oversight for Adult Day Care and related services.
• Oversee admissions, care planning, and discharges.
• Ensure licensure, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
• Direct staffing, scheduling, payroll, and training processes.
• Coordinate with COO to review policies and improve programs.
• Manage budgets, supplies, and volunteer coordination.
